Full-time Days (No weekends) Overview: Seeking an experienced Director of Diagnostic Imaging to lead and oversee imaging services within a busy hospital setting. This leadership role focuses on driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care across all imaging modalities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department Lead and support technologists and supervisory staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards Manage department budget, equipment, and inventory Optimize workflow, scheduling, and patient throughput Implement policies and best practices to enhance quality and safety Promote patient satisfaction and a high standard of care Qualifications: 5+ years of imaging experience required Minimum 1 year of Director-level imaging leadership experience required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage operations, staff, and performance improvement initiatives Education & Licensure: Associate s degree required ARRT certification required Interested!?
