We are
representing a dynamic real estate investment
and operations company seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented finance executive.
Our client owns and manages a portfolio of multifamily properties and is focused on strategic growth and operational excellence.
This newly created role reports directly to the CFO
and supervises the entire accounting department. For the right candidate, there’s strong potential to grow into a
CFO role .
Key Responsibilities: Directly manage the Corporate Controller and Financial Analyst. Ensure timely completion of month-end close processes. Review and analyze apartment operation statements monthly. Maintain and update operating proformas for every operating entity quarterly. Oversee roll-up of all entities’ P&L and cash flow. Prepare quarterly meeting books and board books for executive review. Oversee property appraisals and loan draws. Serve as the primary point of contact for all lenders. Prepare ad hoc proformas, cashflows, and financial analyses as needed. Qualifications: Extensive finance and accounting experience, ideally in real estate or corporate environments. Exceptional attention to detail and accountability. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, strategic, and evolving environment. Proven track record of producing accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports.
