Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy • Provide general account and service support while documenting interactions thoroughly • Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases as needed • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards • Consistently meet quality and productivity performance metrics • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer outcomes

Qualifications • High school diploma or GED

required • Bachelor’s degree

preferred •

2–3 years of customer service, call center, or client support experience required • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and ability to multitask across systems • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
