The Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary ranging from $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience Hybrid schedule A complete benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company matching Generous paid time off and paid company holidays
The Core Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager experience (managing a diverse book of general commercial accounts) Active Property & Casualty License Exceptional working knowledge of complex insurance terminology, concepts, and commercial coverages. Proficiency in AMS 360 preferred/not required, Microsoft Office, and related Agency Management Systems.
The Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for clients and producers, providing strategic counsel on their complex commercial insurance needs. Responsible for all key policy activities, including processing binder requests, endorsements, policy issuance, and generating critical certificates. Verify client data (premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, etc.), ensuring meticulous file documentation and adherence to compliance standards. Deliver solutions regarding product, pricing, and availability, translating complex information into clear, quantifiable client value. Work with internal departments to ensure the prompt and complete delivery of solutions that consistently satisfy customer needs. Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor, fostering an environment of high-level trust and securing long-term partnerships.
