Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio components Build integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and DocuSign Support Agentforce (Einstein) implementation including prompt orchestration, AI pipelines, and secure generative AI usage Additional expectations: Work within Agile Scrum teams Follow CPA standards and secure deployment practices (Copado) Ensure compliance with Government Cloud requirements Deliver high-quality enterprise Salesforce code Must Be Able To: Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, PMs, BAs, developers, and SMEs Translate requirements into technical designs and deliver sprint-aligned features Align solutions with architecture, accessibility, and security standards Partner with leadership to identify capabilities and risks Analyze application performance and recommend improvements
