IBCLC Consultant Service Expert

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for public holidays
1. Responsibilities 1. Professional Consultation Provide one-on-one, evidence-based breastfeeding and infant feeding assessments, guidance, and support to prenatal and postpartum families through online or in-person consultations. 2. Problem Identification & Resolution Identify and address common breastfeeding challenges, including but not limited to: Latch difficulties Milk supply concerns Nipple pain or trauma Engorgement and blocked ducts Infant weight gain issues 3. Care Plan Development Develop personalized, practical feeding plans across the entire feeding journey, including: Direct breastfeeding Bottle-feeding Pumping and milk storage Weaning strategies 4. Client Management Independently manage consultation scheduling, ensure timely service delivery, and provide appropriate follow-up support after each consultation. 5. Documentation & Confidentiality Complete consultation documentation accurately and ensure strict compliance with client privacy and data protection requirements. 6. Content Creation Produce a minimum of 50 professional IBCLC-related content pieces per year, aligned with breastfeeding education and scientific feeding assessments for prenatal and postpartum families, contributing to improved customer satisfaction. 7. Service Process Development (New) Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of lactation consultation service workflows, including: Appointment and scheduling processes Pre-consultation assessment workflows Consultation delivery and documentation Post-consultation follow-up and referral processes to ensure scalability, compliance, and excellent user experience. 8. System Setup & Deployment Support (New) Support the setup and deployment of lactation consultation-related systems, including: Online booking and scheduling systems Video consultation tools Client information and consultation record management systems Integration with the Momcozy App and official website 9. Strategic Partnerships & Negotiation (New) Serve as the lead representative to negotiate and establish strategic partnerships between Momcozy and commercial lactation consultation platforms, including but not limited to The Lactation Network, Wildflower, and Simplified, to deliver compliant, high-quality lactation consultation services to Momcozy customers.
2. Required Qualifications 1. Certification Must hold a valid U.S.-recognized IBCLC or CLC certification. 2. Professional Expertise Strong knowledge of lactation physiology, infant growth and development, and infant nutrition. 3. Communication Skills Exceptional empathy and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and non-judgmentally with both clients and partners. 4. Technical & Organizational Skills Proficient in video conferencing and digital service tools; able to independently manage consultation schedules and cross-functional tasks. 5. Legal Eligibility Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) CSAT = (Very Satisfied + Satisfied) / Total Responses Target: ≥ 90% 2. Strategic Partnership Development Successfully establish and manage partnerships with professional platforms such as The Lactation Network, Wildflower, and Simplified to deliver lactation consultation services to Momcozy users. 3. Content Production ≥ 50 articles per year At least 1 article per week Minimum 2,000 words per article Content aligned with evidence-based breastfeeding and infant feeding assessment needs
