Title: Collector - Customer Service Schedule: Hybrid - 2 days remote, 3 days onsite Location: Hales Corner, WI Salary: $19 - $20 hourly Duration: 6 Months with potential extension Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily outbound calls to delinquent loan customers using an auto-dialer or manual dialing to resolve outstanding balances. Handle inbound calls by addressing collection-related inquiries or routing customers to appropriate departments as needed. Accurately document all customer interactions, account updates, and resolutions in the system to maintain complete records. Ensure all collection activities adhere to department policies and regulatory compliance standards. Achieve departmental performance goals by maximizing successful customer contact and resolving delinquency issues efficiently to mitigate bank risk.
