In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals. Key responsibilities include: Understanding the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gaining the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits Building, maintaining, and strengthening professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls Increasing brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns Utilizing marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities Providing management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory Increasing sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals Position requirements include: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred A minimum of two years of direct sales experience Strong process and results driven attitude Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry, property management contacts, is preferred. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies include: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Ability to successfully complete a background check and valid drivers license subject to applicable law Compensation: $32,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
