Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns designed to drive platform growth, brand identity, and user acquisition. This role is focused on marketing Too Lost as a high-performance SaaS tool, not on running ad campaigns for individual music releases. This position is ideal for an analytical thinker who wants to scale a tech brand through data-driven performance marketing.This is a hybrid full time position work from either our Los Angeles, CA office. Our hybrid schedule requires employees to work from the office 4 days a week and allows for 1 day work from home. What Youll be Doing: Campaign Reporting & Data ManagementMonitor campaign delivery, pacing, and spend to ensure alignment with assigned budgets.Report daily, weekly, and monthly on performance data across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms to track user sign-ups and platform retention.Maintain a standardized reporting dashboard tracking impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, and CPA.Verify data accuracy to ensure we are effectively reaching our core various audiences.Prepare summaries and insights for internal performance reviews and strategy discussions.Optimization & Strategy SupportConduct regular health checks to ensure campaigns are active, optimized, and performing against key goals.Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, engagement, and ROI across campaigns.Execute A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and targeting parameters that highlight our technology features and distribution tools.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to analyze keyword trends and inform content and audience strategies.Troubleshoot delivery issues, performance drops, or other platform-related challenges.Work with the Marketing Manager on event planning and quantifying events. Press & Content AssistanceSupport the Marketing Manager in reviewing and editing press releases regarding company milestones and product updates.Assist in preparing promotional content or ad copy to support product launches.What Were Looking For: 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or tech with a more strategic approach to ads. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and related analytics tools; certifications are a plus.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small, fast-moving team.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.Why Join us? Make an impact in a company supporting thousands of artists worldwideWork hybrid from our Los Angeles office as well as with our teams in other officesSmall, collaborative team with strong product focusCompetitive salary and benefits recblid a9k27susicke9o1fiy2vjemoo2zi9v
