Hybrid- Shelton CT Job Description: We are seeking a Product Owner with strong expertise in the Commercial Cards domain to lead product development and enhancements across card-based payment solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has actively built and launched card products (corporate cards, virtual cards, purchasing cards, etc.) and understands end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through delivery and adoption. The Product Owner will work closely with Business, Technology, Operations, and Payments stakeholders to define product vision, manage backlogs, and drive delivery of scalable, compliant, and customer-centric card solutions. Primary Responsibilities Own the product backlog for Commercial Card products, including: Corporate cards Purchasing (P-cards) Virtual cards Expense management integrations Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business objectives Translate business needs into: User stories Acceptance criteria Functional requirements Partner with stakeholders across: Payments Treasury / Commercial Banking Risk & Compliance Technology and Operations Drive product enhancements related to: Card issuance and lifecycle management Authorization, settlement, and reconciliation flows Fraud controls and risk management Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features Support UAT, product launches, and post-launch monitoring Track product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback Required Skills & Experience 610+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management Strong experience in Commercial Cards / Corporate Cards domain Proven experience in building or launching card products Deep understanding of: Card lifecycle (issuance, activation, authorization, settlement) Payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) Expense and card management platforms Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum / SAFe) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with virtual cards and digital card issuance platforms Familiarity with card processing systems and APIs Experience working with fraud prevention and risk systems Exposure to commercial banking or treasury platforms Experience integrating card products with ERP or expense systems (e.g., SAP, Concur) Success Profile A successful Product Owner will: Bring deep domain expertise in Commercial Cards and product thinking Drive delivery of scalable, compliant, and customer-centric card solutions Effectively bridge business, payments, and technology teams Deliver products that improve client experience, control, and efficiency Company Profile: Stratacent is a Global IT consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, USA with offices in UK, Canada, and South Africa and global capability centers (GCC) in Pune and Gurugram in India.
