JOB DESCRIPTION ·Support the retirement benefits strategy, policies, procedures, and administration for the Company’s US and Puerto Rico retirement plans. ·Assist with workstreams such as weekly/bi-weekly funding, respond to participant plan inquiries via ticketing system, ana-lyze and reconcile data discrepancies between vendor and Company payroll/HRIS files. ·This role requires flexibility to take on new and unexpected assignments as well as multitasking skills to handle different projects at once. ·Strong collaboration skills to engage with other Company internal depts as well as external providers. ·This role will report to the Retirement Plan Manger and be required to work independently as well as work closely in part-nership with team members. Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required: At least 5 years of 401(k) plan-related administration experience. Knowledge of retirement benefits and related concepts (Loans, Hardships, 5500 filings, etc.) Intermediate to advanced-level Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications (Mail Merge, etc.) Critical thinking/deductive reasoning skills to investigate and resolve issues. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Must maintain high level of confidentiality to protect employee privacy/confidential data. Highly ethical, flexible, inquisitive & logical. Strong customer focus, communication skills and a collaborative spirit are a must.
