Account Specialist
The Enterprise Special Services Linehaul team is growing rapidly and seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to improve the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who ship with Inbound Transportation. In this role, the candidate will work directly with shippers to create solutions, and take action to improve shipper performance metrics. Responsibilities include: Monitor, verify, and present data daily Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time Identify transportation defect root causes Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers Lead daily business review stand up calls spacer Additional skills and qualifications: Good relationship building skills, good at organization, communicate effectively on top of technical skills, going through lowest cost provide, managing disruptions as they occur, supply chain technical skills. Basic qualifications: 2 years of logistics, supply chain experience preferred Understanding of basic data analytical skills Experience writing documents on topics such as process improvement proposals. Entry level knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data Interpersonal and customer service skills What programs does your team use? Microsoft Excel knowledge required (pivot tables) Outlook Will be trained on internal transportation management and ground control systems Experience level: Entry level Job type & location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
