We are retained on a Head of Finance (first strategic finance hire) search with a YC-backed B2B SaaS company transforming how consumer brands manage financial operations.
The company has built a purpose-built financial operations platform for brands operating in large retail environments, replacing manual workflows with automation, data visibility, and integrated systems. They operate in a large, underserved vertical with strong retention and expansion dynamics.

The Opportunity
This will be the first internal finance leader. Finance has been founder-led with outsourced accounting support.
You will:
Build the finance function from the ground up
Hire and manage FP&A and a Controller
Own budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and KPI infrastructure
Partner with the CEO on pricing strategy, GTM efficiency, and capital allocation
Lead preparation and execution of the next institutional fundraise
This is a strategic, board-facing role with a clear path toward CFO.
Ideal Background
812+ years in B2B SaaS finance
Experience scaling from ~$10M toward $30M+ ARR
Series A/B fundraising exposure
Background in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance preferred
Comfortable operating hands-on while building a team
