The company has built a purpose-built financial operations platform for brands operating in large retail environments, replacing manual workflows with automation, data visibility, and integrated systems. They operate in a large, underserved vertical with strong retention and expansion dynamics. The business is at a meaningful inflection point. C ompany Highlights Approaching $10M ARR 147% net revenue retention 100+ brands on platform Deep integrations across major retail and ERP ecosystems Multi-year runway with strong capital efficiency Meaningful Series B fundraise planned for 2026 This is a high-retention vertical SaaS business with real product-market fit and institutional backing. The Opportunity This will be the first internal finance leader. Finance has been founder-led with outsourced accounting support. You will: Build the finance function from the ground up Hire and manage FP&A and a Controller Own budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and KPI infrastructure Partner with the CEO on pricing strategy, GTM efficiency, and capital allocation Lead preparation and execution of the next institutional fundraise This is a strategic, board-facing role with a clear path toward CFO. Ideal Background 812+ years in B2B SaaS finance Experience scaling from ~$10M toward $30M+ ARR Series A/B fundraising exposure Background in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance preferred Comfortable operating hands-on while building a team This is a rare opportunity to step into a scaled Series A SaaS company with strong retention, real runway, and institutional growth ahead.
