About the Role A growing investment firm is seeking a Salesforce Admin and Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve its core CRM and internal business systems. This role sits at the intersection of Salesforce administration, development, and business process optimization, supporting sales, underwriting, and operations teams. This is not a ticket-taking admin role — you will be responsible for how the business runs inside Salesforce, including automation, integrations, and data integrity across critical workflows. What You’ll Be Doing Own and manage the Salesforce platform (configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization) Build and maintain flows, automation, and workflow logic to streamline operations Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems (APIs, data syncs, third-party tools) Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions Maintain data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across the platform Troubleshoot system issues, broken workflows, and data inconsistencies end-to-end Document system architecture, processes, and enhancements Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Admin + Development exposure) Experience building Flows, Process Builder, or similar automation tools Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), or Salesforce customization Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, or data sync tools) Strong understanding of data structure, validation, and system governance Ability to work directly with business teams and own solutions from intake to execution Nice to Have Experience xywuqvp in financial services, lending, or high-volume sales environments Exposure to backend scripting (Python, Node, etc.) Familiarity with cloud tools or Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Intune, etc.) Experience improving or rebuilding Salesforce architecture in a growing company Who You Are Systems-minded — you think beyond tickets and focus on end-to-end workflows Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, in-office environment Able to balance admin work, light development, and business-facing problem solving
