Onboarding Retirement

Oversee all plan set-ups and first payrolls. Acting as first point of contact for Retirement Plan Setup and setting up their plans and match rules in HRIS system. Attend new client onboarding consultations when necessary. Assist new clients in completing required plan documents, ensuring a smooth transition for new plans. Work with Sales team to provide marketing materials to prospects, attending sales calls when requested and providing plan comparisons. Maintain new client onboarding records to track new plan setups and update daily. Manage the transition of retirement plans from acquisitions. Salesforce

Track projects and communications with clients through Salesforce cases and records. Customer Service

Addresses escalated new client questions and escalated issues. Research and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment, deferrals, remittance, plan design and compliance. Update payroll system with enrollments and contribution changes as necessary. Completes corrections for missed deferrals and matches when they arise. Run and provide clients with census reports upon request. Plan Administration and Auditing

Processing Bonus Deferral Election Forms, K1 Contributions, and Verifying/Approving Quarterly Forceouts. Approve/Deny Distribution Requests. Process employee requests (enrollment/change, incoming rollover, loan, distribution, hardship withdrawals). Audits plans through weekly Databridge API Verifications, Variance Reports, and Slavic Import Failures. Other Special Projects

Takes lead on special projects as they arise such as audits and Slavic requests for gathering company information. A strong knowledge of 401K plans and administration. Candidates must possess the ability to manage projects and workflows across multiple teams with minimal supervision. Background in customer service a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred.
