Performance matters Character matters just as much Long-term relationships beat short-term wins The Role As an Independent Manufacturer’s Sales Representative, you will generate and close sales through: Door-to-door prospecting Networking and referrals Social media selling, with a heavy focus on Facebook Marketplace You are responsible for your activity, follow-up, and results. We provide the products, training on those products, sales tools for those products, and support — you bring the drive . High-demand shed, carport, and metal building inventory ? Marketing materials and sales tools ? Product and product training ? Coaching and ongoing support ? A professional, performance-based culture What You’ll Be Doing Proactively generating new sales opportunities daily Selling portable sheds, metal carports, garages, and metal buildings Conducting professional customer consultations Managing your own pipeline, follow-up, and documentation Handling payments and transactions with integrity and accuracy Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge of all shed products, features, and industry trends, and maintain professionalism Who We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiables) You must be: Highly motivated and self-disciplined Comfortable working independently without supervision Competitive, goal-oriented, and accountable Professional, ethical, and trustworthy Strong in communication and customer interaction Requirements: Qualifications: Ability to interface with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to interface with Facebook Marketplace for sales Valid driver’s license Must pass a background check Sales experience preferred construction, metal buildings, carports, or outdoor structures is a plus (but not required) Compensation & Upside Commission-only (1099) Uncapped earning potential Realistic income range: $60,000-$250,000 annually Flexible schedule — you control your time and income Multiple product categories with strong demand Your income is a direct reflection of your effort, discipline, and consistency.
