Role Description We are seeking a part time remote/on-site Personal Assistant to join the team at our Atlanta Metropolitan Area office. The Personal Assistant will provide essential support to the CEO, manage partner relationships, aid in event set up and design and handle various administrative tasks. Daily responsibilities include design assistance, pre-prep event work, vendor organization, maintaining calendars, supporting communication needs, and coordinating logistical operations. This is a vital role requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced event-focused environment.
Qualifications Strong reliability & punctuality
(events don’t wait) Strong organizational skills & attention to detail Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Willingness to work evenings/weekends (event-based schedule)
Nice to have: Interest in event design and decor Social media familiarity (IG/TikTok behind-the-scenes, content capture) Eye for aesthetics and clean setups Experience working in fast-paced environments
