What You’ll Do
Build a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for Massive Bio’s clinical trial enrollment services.
Conduct outbound outreach to Hematology/Oncology offices and follow up with in‑person visits.
Maintain accurate CRM records, manage physician follow‑ups, and report results to internal teams.
Collect feedback from physician offices and share it with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, and delivery operations).
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with physicians.
Coordinate networking efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze the market potential and provide status reports.
Who You Are
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of Hematology/Oncology sales experience, preferably in respected pharma companies.
An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
Ability to travel to Hematologist/Oncologist offices.
Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
Should be living in Poland.
