Overview A well-established regional bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and grow a portfolio of Commercial and/or Commercial Real Estate clients. This role is ideal for a banker who enjoys building relationships, driving new business, and managing a portfolio across loans, deposits, and treasury products.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage a portfolio of commercial and/or CRE clients
Generate new business across loans, deposits, and related banking services
Maintain and expand existing client relationships
Partner with internal teams to deliver a strong client experience
Contribute to department growth, revenue, and portfolio performance
Participate in local business and community development efforts
Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial banking or CRE experience
Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships
Solid understanding of credit and lending fundamentals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
