Personal Lines Account Manager
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role will focus on servicing personal lines accounts, with a strong emphasis on renewals and cross-selling opportunities. Compensation Package
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Provide full servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, claims assistance, invoicing, and marketing renewals.
Handle policy change requests, such as adding or dropping vehicles.
Assist clients with claims processing and ensure timely follow-ups.
Quote and market renewals (80%) and new business (10%), primarily through cross-selling and referrals.
Work with carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, and the California Fair Plan to manage accounts ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 in size.
Utilize Hawksoft software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal lines account management, with familiarity in working with Mercury systems being a must.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft or similar agency management software.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, organizational aptitude, and a personable demeanor.
Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in an in-office setting with a collaborative but focused team.
