Location: Ascension Seton Southwest Hospital.
Shift Hours: 36 hour week.
Monday, Tuesday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Wednesday - Friday 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the
first point of contact
for patients, managing phone calls and computer-based check-ins with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide
calm, compassionate support
to individuals who may be anxious or unwell.
Work in a
fast‑paced, dynamic environment , balancing multiple systems and tasks with confidence.
Learn and apply
insurance and healthcare registration processes
through comprehensive training.
Collaborate with a
