Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Community Association Manager role based in San Diego, CA. The Community Association Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of community associations, handle property maintenance coordination, and build relationships with board members and residents. Additional responsibilities include preparing budgets, managing financial accounts, coordinating vendor services, ensuring compliance with community regulations, and addressing homeowner concerns.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with residents, board members, and vendors
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking
Knowledge of property maintenance procedures, contract management, and legal compliance in community association management
Ability to problem‑solve, make informed decisions, and handle conflict resolution
Computer skills, including proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred
Community Association Manager Certification (CCAM) or Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation is a plus
