Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Affordable Leasing Specialist role located in Round Rock, TX. This position is responsible for driving leasing performance, managing follow-up and conversions, supporting move-ins, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
This role is part of a fast-paced lease-up, offering the opportunity to play a key role in bringing a new community to life. The ideal candidate thrives in an energetic environment, is motivated by goals, and takes pride in contributing to the success of the community from the ground up.
The role works closely with prospects and applicants, ensures compliance with affordable housing requirements, and maintains accurate, up-to-date records. This individual partners with the onsite team to deliver a strong customer experience while supporting occupancy goals.
Qualifications
2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience required
Affordable housing (LIHTC) experience required
Experience in lease-up or new development environments preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage follow-up, drive conversions, and meet leasing goals
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with a wide range of individuals
Experience with CRM systems (Knock preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology for leasing and marketing efforts
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, based on property needs
Ability to walk the property, including stairs, and perform tasks related to tours, inspections, and outreach
