We’re Imperial Estates (DBA MI Cash Offer), a small, fast-moving real estate investment company that buys houses cash in Metro Detroit. In the last 12 months, a team of four in-office generated over $1,000,000 in revenue talking to homeowners and putting together win‑win deals.
We are now hiring one Inside Sales Representative who is hungry, competitive, and wants a real career path into high-ticket real estate sales – not just another call center or door-to-door job.
If you’ve already survived 6–36 months in door-to-door sales, insurance sales, in‑home home services, call center, or other commission-based sales, and you want to turn that grind into a 6‑figure skill set, this is built for you.

Year 1 realistic total earnings: $75,000 – $90,000 if you hit your targets. As you move into acquisitions / closing, $100,000+ / 6‑figure income is on the table with performance. What You’ll Do This is a high-activity phone sales role. Your job is to create and move opportunities every day.
You will:
Make outbound calls per day to warm leads and follow-ups
Follow up on all sales leads in our system to increase contact and conversion
Run structured qualification calls with homeowners to understand their situation
Build rapport, handle basic objections, and set up the next step in our acquisitions process
Use our CRM daily to manage your pipeline, tasks, and notes
Join regular training, roleplays, and meetings to sharpen your skills
This role is the proving ground for future closers. Hit your KPIs and you earn more responsibility, bigger conversations, and higher income.
Requirements
6–36 months in a sales or phone-based role, such as:
Door-to-door or canvassing (alarms, solar, roofing, pest, etc.)
In-home home services (windows, HVAC, remodeling)
Call center / telesales / SDR / collections
Other commission-based sales roles
Comfortable with a daily scoreboard: calls, conversations, appointments, contracts
Track record of hitting activity or sales targets (we will ask your numbers)
High school diploma required; some college a plus
Strong basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office; CRM experience a plus)
Clear, confident verbal communication and solid writing/typing skills
Able to work some evenings/weekends as needed to reach homeowners
