Question Design & Content Development
Design questions related to the occupation of Agents and Business Managers of Artists, Performers, and Athletes
Translate day‑to‑day professional knowledge into structured, high‑quality research content
Contribute occupation‑specific material that supports AI training and evaluation initiatives
Project Participation & Quality Contribution
Engage consistently in a structured remote project environment
Contribute professional judgment shaped by talent representation, business management, and entertainment industry experience
Support high‑quality output through reliable participation and strong subject‑matter expertise
Ideal Profile
4+ years of full‑time work experience as an Agent or Business Manager of Artists, Performers, and Athletes
Strong professional background in talent representation, contract negotiation, artist or athlete management, business affairs, or related entertainment industry work
Ability to contribute real‑world occupational insight to structured research work
Strong written communication and analytical thinking skills
Reliable availability for consistent project participation
Current location in the
US, UK, or Canada

Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
Estimated project duration of approximately 3–4 weeks after project start
The work is fully asynchronous and can be completed around your schedule
A desktop or laptop computer is required for this project
Chromebook users cannot be accepted for this role
Weekly payments are made via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered
Candidates will be classified as at‑will contractors to Mercor
