Overview The Celebrity Relations Coordinator’s purpose is to support the Celebrity Relations & Communications team with North American Entertainment/Celebrity/VIP strategy and continue to build brand awareness and drive brand image through celebrity dressing placements, influencer initiatives, gifting initiatives and campaigns, events, and film placements.

Job Responsibilities

Support with all VIP dressings for the region; lookbook curation, handling product (PR set, store stock, high jewelry, & gifting), securing product and coordinating internal movement.

Support with organizing and executing loans/returns, ensuring all logistics are covered (guards, GPS tracking, products in good shape, etc.).

Inventory management, including but not limited to ordering, tracking within all internal systems, and ensuring pieces are always in good condition and information is up to date.

Partner closely with the Global Team on Awards Season strategy and talent targets.

Maintain and develop excellent relationships with stylist’s assistants, vendors, and retail staff across the network as well as peers across departments.

Support the Communications team as needed with editorial loans.

Support the Communications team on all talent-related needs within the region – including potential campaign and event preparations.

Ensure internal reference documents are kept up-to-date including contact lists, celeb dressing recaps, event and project recaps, gifting activations and any other documents as needed.

Manage vendor relationships and invoices, working closely with procurement and accounting to process invoices and keep accounts up to date.

Support as needed on all dressings, stylist appointments, and pulls and work around a non‑traditional schedule to accommodate VIP events.

Oversee all administrative and organizational duties for the LA office and assist the Celebrity Relations Manager with daily office tasks.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.

Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in the fashion industry, ideally in a VIP/Entertainment capacity within luxury fashion.

Excellent knowledge and interest in the entertainment industry.

High availability and responsiveness.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a quick and efficient approach to workload; ability to multi‑task, prioritize, adapt, and pivot on short notice.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to problem‑solve, strong time management.

Impeccable attention to detail with a drive for results.

Willingness to handle all components of execution with a committed can‑do attitude.

Thrives on the demands of a busy environment with enthusiasm, high energy, and determination.

Well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Fashion GPS; SAP is a plus.
