In September 2024, Lilly launched a medicine into a competitive marketplace for patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). AD (eczema) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that disrupts sleep, daily activities, and quality of life for millions. 2026 marks a pivotal year for the brand's growth, and the healthcare professional (HCP) marketing team is in active build mode across strategy, creative, and execution. We are looking for a curious, growth-oriented professional who brings strategic clarity to complex problems, genuine orientation toward what matters most to customers, and the urgency to act on it.

The Associate, US HCP Non-Personal Engagement Associate, owns bringing our strategy to life with healthcare providers through digital channels.

Responsibilities

Lead omnichannel planning and execution, delivering high-impact, efficient tactical plans that achieve engagement targets in support of brand growth

Own non-personal tactics from sprint planning through medical, regulatory and legal approval process

Develop segmented content and messaging plans to deliver more tailored, relevant experiences to target HCP audiences

Monitor content performance across non-personal channels in partnership with Business Insights & Analytics (BI&A) and Omnichannel teams, adjusting as needed to maximize impact

Provide clear direction and set appropriate expectations with agency partners who help develop omnichannel tactics on behalf of the brand to deliver high-quality solutions

Represent HCP brand strategy to media partners and third parties in key marketing forums

Leverage media and third-party insights to optimize HCP solutions Champion new ways of working by actively participating in pilots and bringing innovative approaches that increase speed and agility in marketing execution

Balance of responsibilities shifts slightly based on brand needs

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of industry experience or MBA and 1+ year of industry experience

Additional Preferences

Immunology experience

Experience with US or Global brand strategy, launch execution, and/or HCP engagement

Deep curiosity about customer needs and a record of translating insights into strategy

Demonstrated bias toward action – moves with urgency and decisiveness without sacrificing quality Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Ability to evaluate and elevate creative with a strong instinct for what resonates with key audiences

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple, complex, and time-sensitive workstreams

Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Excellent communicator with a validated ability to build alignment and influence without authority across a matrixed organization

Sales and/or experience engaging with external customers and/or Lilly sales teams

Experience working with and leading agency partners / external vendors

Experience in US affiliate marketing materials approval processes (Agile, FCAP, CIQ)

Location Location: Indianapolis. Position requires 10-25% domestic travel, including weekend travel (up to 2 weekends per quarter).

Compensation & Benefits Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $58,500 - $137,500.

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
