About the role As the face of Friendship, the client service representative sets the tone for the client experience. This person will have excellent communication skills, be self‑motivated, and engaging in a dynamic environment. Our ideal candidate has previous client‑facing experience in a veterinary setting, but if you’re willing to learn we are willing to teach!
Responsibilities
Support primary care, emergency, and specialty teams by attending to client inquiries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client service, ensuring a positive client experience.
Engage in a dynamic environment, maintaining self‑motivation and professionalism.
Schedule This is a full‑time role with four 10‑hour shifts per week. Some weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications
Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn.
Previous experience in a veterinary hospital a huge plus, but not required.
