We’re looking for professionals who bring:
At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
West Virginia HVAC License Type I or II
EPA Certification
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
The ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and work in physically demanding environments
A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
A dependable, team-oriented mindset

In this role, you will install residential HVAC equipment and accessories while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. You’ll perform start-up and testing procedures, braze and run piping per manufacturer specifications, follow local codes and safety standards, and ensure every installation is completed properly. The role requires working in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, and on ladders. You will also educate homeowners on their equipment and maintenance needs and help mentor junior installers on the team.
