SUMMARY OF POSITION
Christy Pak Group at Compass is seeking motivated and reliable real estate agents to support our active client pipeline across the Bay Area.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, being in the field, and playing a key role in delivering a seamless home buying experience. You will work closely with the team lead to support buyer activity, including showings, open houses, and client interactions.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Active California Real Estate License with 2+ years of experience & minimum of 3 closed transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Willingness to travel throughout the Bay Area for showings
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Show homes to clients and host open houses
Represent the team professionally during all client interactions
Provide timely feedback and insights from showings
Maintain clear communication with clients and team lead
Support clients throughout the home search process
Deliver a high level of service and responsiveness at all times
