Portfolio Manager, Private Asset Management
The Portfolio Manager, Private Asset Management serves as a central point of contact for high net worth clients and is responsible for overseeing investment portfolios and delivering personalized advice. This role involves direct portfolio oversight, regular engagement with clients, and thoughtful implementation of asset allocation strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Build successful investment portfolios informed by market conditions and economic trends.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and client reporting.
Recommend portfolio adjustments to grow clients’ net worth based on industry trends identified through market and risk analysis.
Execute securities transactions in client portfolios to maintain a specific investment strategy or to reach an investment objective.
Determine acceptable risk levels with clients based on time frames, risk preferences, return expectations, and market conditions.
Evaluate the performance of investment portfolios and ensure compliance with standards provided by regulatory organizations, including conformance with investor disclosures, privacy laws, anti‑money laundering requirements, and anti‑fraud measures.
Maintain new and existing client relationships, informing clients of market conditions, updating them on investment research and economic trends, and meeting with them to discuss their portfolio performance and investment objectives.
Maintain and inform team of updated knowledge of capital markets and the investment management industry to make informed decisions and implement best practices.
Provide input into investment models and allocation frameworks.
Support business development and client retention initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
All licenses must be obtained within 120 days from start date.
Educational Requirements
University (Degree) Preferred

Base Salary: $124,000 - $155,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, internal peer comparison, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Competitive compensation may include incentive programs linked to performance.
