We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities
Process escrow disbursements for property taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance, and other escrow-related expenses.
Review and reconcile escrow accounts to ensure proper funding and disbursement.
Conduct escrow analyses and adjust escrow accounts as needed to ensure compliance with RESPA guidelines.
Research and resolve escrow discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
Communicate with tax authorities, insurance companies, and borrowers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
Assist in managing escrow account setups, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Specific Qualifications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Background in customer service within mortgage or financial services.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with tax authorities and insurance providers.
Knowledge of mortgage servicing software and escrow analysis tools.
1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, escrow, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of escrow processes, tax payments, and insurance disbursements.
Familiarity with RESPA, CFPB regulations, and industry guidelines.
Proficiency in mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP, Black Knight, FIS, or similar).
