Salary Range
$45,000 - $55,000 per year
Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing skills, be proficient in digital and traditional communication channels, and have the ability to create compelling content tailored for various platforms such as social media, press releases, newsletters, and company websites.
Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit clear and engaging content for various communication channels including social media, newsletters, press releases, and the corporate website
Plan and implement communication campaigns to support organizational goals and enhance brand awareness
Coordinate with marketing, public relations, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
Monitor media coverage and maintain relationships with key media contacts
Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely delivery of communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or similar role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in digital communication tools including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
