Social Media Manager

Overview Social Media Manager- Hargrove Roofing & Construction Hargrove Roofing is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead content, engagement, and growth across our social platforms. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape our brand voice, campaigns, and digital presence. Responsibilities Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Capture and edit short-form video (job sites, testimonials, brand personality, community involvement). Run and optimize paid social campaigns. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages. Track analytics and deliver monthly performance reports. Identify trends, growth opportunities, and creative campaign ideas. Support branded merchandise, signage launches, and event promotion. Qualifications Experience managing brand social accounts. Strong short-form video and editing skills. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite preferred.
