Overview Drive the market success of the company's core SaaS products serving the beauty and restaurant industries. Develop and execute multi-channel digital and offline marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms to generate qualified leads, increase product adoption, and support continuous product improvement. Manage the brand's online presence through content creation and website management and optimize all content for SEO to drive organic traffic. Build and manage automated marketing campaigns and segment customer databases using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Analyze customer and campaign data using SQL and Excel to extract insights and create performance dashboards and reports in Google Data Studio. Design marketing assets, social media content, and campaign visuals using Canva and Figma, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines. Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to strategically position SaaS products (POS and booking systems) and identify new opportunities.
