JR107741**Job Description****Leominster Animal Hospital** is looking for a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets *and* their people. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, our CSRs are vital to our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.### What We're Looking For:* Someone who **genuinely enjoys working with people**—you’ll spend your day speaking with pet owners, calming nerves, answering questions, and making connections.* A **strong communicator** who is patient, empathetic, and positive.* A team player who thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile.* Previous experience in customer service or a veterinary/medical setting is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.### Key Responsibilities:* Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism—in person, by phone, and via email.* Schedule appointments, manage records, and facilitate client communication with the medical team.* Handle transactions, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.* Be a calming presence and a helpful guide for clients during emotional or stressful situations.* Support a positive, collaborative culture that values kindness and teamwork.### Why You'll Love It Here:At Leominster Animal Hospital, we believe that excellent care starts at the front desk.
