
Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a high-volume, project-based initiative. This role is responsible for accurately processing information, maintaining data integrity, and supporting operational teams through consistent and timely data entry. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with repetitive tasks in a structured environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and spreadsheets
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to data entry
Process high volumes of information while meeting quality and productivity standards
Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance
Identify and upscale data discrepancies or errors as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Support additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Associate degree or relevant experience considered
1–2 years of data entry, administrative, or operational support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
Basic keyboarding and data processing skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
