Monitoring, maintaining, balancing, and controlling company suspense accounts while meeting company objectives of ensuring accuracy of financial reporting.
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies that may exist to maintain the integrity of data reports.
Maintaining control of suspended accounts, cash books, claim checks, and billing.
Requirements for Success
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years experience working in a financial environment.
Efficient utilization of computer systems including company and industry-related software and other Remittance Processing equipment for essential job functions.
An inquisitive mindset with the ability to research and resolve issues with minimal information and supervision.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with confidential information.
Proficiency in Excel, oral, and written communication.
