Target Base Salary Range: $48,000 - $67,000
Essential Responsibilities: The Customer Service Specialist I is a vital contributor to the daily operations of the Customer Service Group. This individual is tasked with promptly and efficiently addressing customer queries via phone and email, addressing orders, product availability, pricing, delivery service requests, billing, and resolving issues through the appropriate channels. Maintenance of organized customer files and accounts is key and prior experience updating and managing a CRM database is a plus. Internal collaboration will involve coordination with Logistics and Manufacturing departments to meet expected product lead times and handling service requests from customers. They will also support the field sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information and documentation to fulfill customer requirements effectively. Collaborating closely with the sales organization, the Customer Service Specialist I provides crucial administrative support to ensure seamless customer interactions and satisfaction.

Base salary is an integral part of NanoString’s total compensation package. Base salary considers an individual’s skills, experience, and competitive market value. The base salary range represent what NanoString pays for a job within a salary grade based on external market data in comparison to similar positions from other companies in our industry. Employees generally enter a salary grade at the lower-to-mid-point in the range.
Other compensation elements include a discretionary annual bonus, incentive compensation for sales roles, comprehensive benefit plans and paid time off, including designated holidays.
