Role Overview
The firm’s private credit strategy provides flexible financing solutions to middle-market companies, including senior, unitranche, and subordinated debt. The Associate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, supporting sourcing, diligence, execution, and ongoing portfolio management across sectors such as industrials, business services, and consumer. Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence on prospective investments Support structuring and execution of credit transactions Prepare investment materials, including memos and presentations for internal committees Monitor portfolio performance, including financial tracking and covenant compliance
