An established and expanding credit alternatives platform with over ~$6B AUM is seeking a Private Credit Associate to join its lean, high‑performing team. The firm focuses on providing flexible capital solutions and value‑add support to family‑owned and sponsor‑backed middle‑market businesses, while delivering attractive risk‑adjusted returns to investors.

Responsibilities
Underwrite and execute new private credit investments
Build detailed LBO and cash‑flow models and lead diligence
Prepare investment memoranda for credit committee
Support deal execution from initial screening through closing
Source new opportunities and engage with sponsors, intermediaries, and business owners
Review and help negotiate term sheets and credit documentation alongside counsel
Qualifications
2-3+ years of relevant experience (IB or private credit / principal investing preferred)
Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
Clear, concise investment writing and communication skills
Interest in a lean, entrepreneurial environment with high visibility and upside
