Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer support in German through phone, email, and chat

Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information
Requirements
Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred, particularly in international environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Adaptability to a new country and cultural environment
Proficient computer skills, including CRM software and digital communication tools
