Responsibilities
Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain specific side‑work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments.
Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy.
Reset tables.
Maintain current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area.
All other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in a restaurant food runner role.
