in the Indianapolis area seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being a
key point of contact , working closely with customers while supporting a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
You’ll play a central role in helping customers navigate orders, requests, and general support needs — while collaborating internally to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Support order-related requests, updates, and general account needs
Provide clear communication around timelines, availability, and next steps
Assist with issue resolution and ensure a positive customer experience
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support daily operations
Maintain accurate records and assist with basic reporting
What They’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service, inside support, or similar experience
Strong communication and follow‑up skills
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel exposure is important)
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
