Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid/Remote)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top‑rated mid‑sized agency known for its excellent reputation and commitment to providing outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, particularly in marketing, servicing, and managing a book of business. This hybrid/remote role offers flexibility while requiring occasional in‑person attendance for meetings and training sessions.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Remote Work: Hybrid model with occasional in‑office requirements (approximately twice a month)
Travel: Minimal travel required within a 50‑mile radius for carrier meetings, training, and internal meetings
Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Handle marketing, quoting, and renewing both new and existing business
Collaborate with producers to address client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Conduct coverage analysis, carrier negotiations, and case scenario evaluations
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of real estate accounts (preferred but not required)
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure: Active
Property & Casualty (P&C)
license required
Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in insurance, including marketing, servicing, and managing accounts
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms
Knowledge: Familiarity with quoting and renewing business, as well as carrier and coverage‑related processes
Education: Relevant certifications or designations are a plus
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
