Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Visual Merchandiser for our Encinitas location. This on‑site role involves creating visually appealing and effective in‑store displays that align with brand standards and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include designing and arranging merchandise layouts, executing seasonal and promotional strategies, monitoring product presentation, collaborating with store management, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom to drive sales.
Qualifications
Experience in visual merchandising, retail design, and display arrangement
Strong aesthetic and creative skills, with attention to detail
Ability to plan layouts and execute branding strategies in retail environments
Effective communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities
Solid organizational and time‑management skills to meet deadlines
Capability to lift, move, and assemble furniture as needed
Knowledge of the furniture or home furnishings industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in design or merchandising is beneficial
