Benefits Specialist
to manage employee leave programs and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, PFL, disability, and workers’ compensation Manage leave requests, documentation, and return-to-work processes Serve as the main point of contact for employee leave and benefits inquiries Oversee ADA accommodations and maintain compliance Track PTO, time and attendance, and maintain accurate HRIS records Partner with Payroll, Legal, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations Support benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness plans Qualifications: 3–5 years of leave of absence administration experience Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related regulations Strong Excel and analytical skills High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information Compensation: $105,000 – $135,000, based on experience and qualifications
