Role Description This is a contractor (1099) remote Sales Recruiter role where you'll be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting of sales professionals and providing excellent account management. You'll be sourcing and identifying candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines. You'll also be partnering to ensure a positive candidate experience and meet our client hiring goals.
Qualifications
Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting experience
Experience in Hiring and Account Management
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of candidates effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or a related field or 3+ years sales recruiting experience
Experience working in a remote environment
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Requirement
You must be based on the greater Seattle area or in Washington State.
