Are you someone who thrives on organization, communication, and making things happen? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys being at the center of the action—coordinating orders, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service from order placement through delivery and payment.

In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production Planning, and Logistics to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the main liaison between customers, warehouses, logistics providers, and internal teams

Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment, including order entry and revisions

Coordinate promised ship dates and reschedule shipments or import volumes as needed

Address customer inquiries and complaints, partnering with internal teams for resolution

Coordinate import/export logistics, including NAFTA documentation

Perform general administrative support tasks related to customer service and order management

Occasionally visit customers when required

Support additional responsibilities as assigned by the department manager

What We’re Looking For Education

High School Diploma required

Associate’s Degree preferred

Experience & Skills

1–3 years of experience in customer service or customer relations

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain

Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong planning and documentation abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA is a plus

Comfortable working with international contacts and processing import orders

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical issues clearly

Demonstrated attention to detail, integrity, and accountability

Self-directed, motivated team player who can also work independently

Ability to train employees at various levels on policies and compliance

Capable of acting as a leader or individual contributor depending on the assignment

The pay rate for this position is $20/hr. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
