Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Operator (Unicorn Closer) based in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities include managing sales deals, operations, fostering strong customer relationships, optimizing workflows across operating systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless sales experiences and achieving organizational goals. This role with be quota based and have a base salary + OTE (based on sales performance)
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Familiarity with various Operating Systems and tools to enhance productivity and workflow
Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain a results-driven mindset
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Adaptability and willingness to leverage AI-driven tools for operational excellence
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
